FAQ
1. how long will my order arrive (for sprees)?
After the spree is closed, it takes approximately 1-2 weeks or 14 days for it to arrive.
2. how do i know when my order has arrived?
A mass email will be sent to you to inform you that the items have arrived. Once that is done, please allow 2-3 working days for your parcel to arrive.
3.what if my item is Out-of-Stock (OOS) ?
If it is out of stock, please do replace it for another item. We apologise that we'll not able to refund the money. Here at Hot Sprees, we do try to minimize this. An Email will be sent to you and you may choose another item again.
Please do choose an item that is of same value. If the price is higher than what you've bought previously, please top up the extra value.
4. what is the cost for delievery? (in Singapore)
it'll be $1.50 per item for normal mail. For the second item onwards, an additional $0.50 is needed.
An additional $2.40 will be needed for registered mail.
5.How do i pay?
No concealed cash is allowed. Only DBS/POSB transfer to DBS SAVINGS 047-4-014152.
We are currently working to have more options soon. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
6.Do you deliever overseas?
We apologise that this service is currently unavailable. However, HotSprees is working on it.
7. Do you do wholesaling?

8. How do i order?

9.What is the currency here?
It's in Singapore Dollars or SGD.
10.Can i negotiate the price?
Sorry, No. Hot Sprees offers a wide range of clothes at some of the lowest prices around. In fact, we didn't include the handling fee!

Payment:
We do not accept concealed cash.
All payments should be made within 24 hours, once invoice is sent, to

We accept POSB/DBS transfer.
Postage/Delivery:
Normal Mail: $1.50 (For subsequent item will be $0.50 each)
Normal mails will usually arrive within 2 to 3 working days from day of dispatch.
Registered Mail: Additional $2.50 on top of the normal mail
Registered mails will usually arrive within 2 to 5 working day from day of dispatch.
Please do note that we will not be held responsible for any lost/damaged normal mails.
We will make sure to check for any damages/defect before sending your item out.
Registered postage is strongly encouraged
